Refund Policy
At LUXHABA, we prioritize customer satisfaction and aim to provide a seamless shopping experience. Here’s a breakdown of our policies regarding returns, refunds, cancellations, and exchanges:
Returns and Exchanges
We do not offer returns or exchanges of products under normal circumstances. However, we do accept replacements or refunds in the following cases:
- Damaged Product: If you receive a damaged product, please reach out to support@luxhaba.com with video evidence to support your damage claim. We recommend you to take an unboxing video when you receive the product and submit that as an evidence within 24 hours of time of delivery. We’ll be happy to assist you with a replacement.
- No return requests are accepted for customized products and refurbished products
- Wrong Product Received: If you receive the wrong product, kindly contact us with relevant images and videos within 24 hours and we’ll work to rectify the issue promptly.
To initiate a replacement request:
Step 1: Raise a replacement request within 24 hours from the date of delivery if you’ve received the wrong product Include pictures and videos of the damaged or wrong product and email them to support@luxhaba.com.
Step 2: Our support team will respond to your request within 48 working hours with the next steps.
Step 3: After verification, we’ll arrange for a pickup of the damaged product.
Refunds and Replacements
Depending on the nature of the request, the following steps will be taken:
Case 1 (Request for Refund): We don’t provide refund we only provide replacements.
Case 2 (Request for Replacement of Damaged Product): We’ll issue a replacement for the damaged product, which will be sent within 3-4 working days, subject to stock availability.
Please note that we do not accept replacements for accessories, products that exhibit wear and tear, color fading, or damage due to mishandling or misuse. Our replacement policy covers manufacturing defects & Damaged products only.
Cancellations
Cancellation requests can only be accommodated within 4 hours of placing the order or before the product is shipped, whichever comes first. Once the product is shipped, we are unable to cancel the order. Please ensure to initiate cancellation requests within the specified timeframe by reaching out to our customer support team.
Third-Party Marketplace Purchases:
If you purchase your product from any third-party marketplaces, such as Amazon, please kindly approach the respective point of sale for any inquiries, returns, or exchanges. We recommend contacting the marketplace’s customer service for assistance regarding your purchase from their platform.
